J-Strings

Very excitingly, J-Strings (St James’ very own folk violin group) and the Merge (Yr 9 band) have been selected by Devon Music Service as acts to represent Devon schools at the Devon County Show at the County Showground, Westpoint, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, EX5 1DJ.  They will start playing at 1pm.  Parents are very welcome to come along and support.  It would be lovely to see some of you there.  It promises to be a very enriching opportunity for our young players, as they have been hired as musicians for an authentic gig, so will see first hand what goes into being a professional!
